Centrally located at 66 Summer Street in the heart of downtown Stamford, Trinity’s Park Square West Phase II project is a mixed-use development that will fulfill the City of Stamford’s and the Stamford Urban Redevelopment Corporation’s (URC) long-standing desire to resuscitate an Urban Renewal Area project that had lain dormant for years due to litigation. Trinity collaborated successfully with municipal administrators and stakeholders and obtained the necessary land use, zoning, finance, City and URC approvals in record time, enabling it to acquire the development rights from the prior designated developer and proceed to a financial closing and construction start. The project consists of 209 luxury apartment units in a 15-story structure and will feature first-rate amenities including a resident lounge, community room, fitness center, rooftop deck and 6,800 square feet of retail space at street level. A five-story structured parking garage is being built adjacent to the site to accommodate residents. Trinity raised $66 million in financing from TD Bank, The Davis Companies, the City and the URC, as well as additional private equity.

The immediate neighborhood, which boasts lively retail and active entertainment establishments within walking distance, attracts a diverse population – from students attending the nearby University of Connecticut’s Stamford Campus to empty-nesters and working professionals opting for an alternative to New York. The site is located a 10-minute walk from the Stamford Transportation Center, where commuters can connect to Manhattan via a 45-minute train ride.
