Eva Erlich

Ms. Erlich joined Trinity Financial in 2010 and has overseen on a number of projects including the Lucerne Gardens re-capitalization and the Mattapan Heights Phase 5-A development. Ms. Erlich has also worked on the Washington Village Choice Neighborhoods Initiative, a public housing revitalization that will result in 273 mixed-income units in Norwalk, CT, and the redevelopment of the Northampton Square Campus, a 347-unit occupied renovation of two towers in Boston’s South End. Ms. Erlich is currently overseeing the transformation of the 331-unit Orient Heights state public housing development in East Boston.
Prior to starting at Trinity Financial, Ms. Erlich worked as a land use planner for the City of New York’s Department of Citywide Administrative Services’ Division of Real Estate Services. Ms. Erlich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metropolitan Studies and a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from New York University.
