Omalawa Musa, LEED AP BD+C, Design and Construction Manager, joined Trinity in 2017 and provides design and construction oversight for the New York office. Omalawa brings over 20 years of experience in the architectural field, which includes a focus on the development of mixed-use affordable and market rate multi-family residential projects in the metropolitan New York area.

As a LEED accredited professional, he strives to achieve sustainability measures and energy efficiency on all projects. His experience encompasses the building types of low and high rise residential developments, healthcare, educational facilities, and community facilities.

Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Musa worked at several New York based architectural firms where he was responsible for the management and coordination of all phases of complex new construction and renovation projects. Omalawa graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from CCNY School of Architecture, and his first professional employment was with the NYCHA Design Department, where he worked on a major gut renovation project in Staten Island, and apartment interior renovations for accessibility compliance at various NYCHA locations.
